“In our 78th year in business, we at Ivar’s think about things for the long term. That’s why we were one of Cedar Grove’s first restaurant customers for compostable waste from our restaurants. We’ve cut the amount of waste going to landfill by composting and recycling what we can. And then we buy the composted results and dig it back into the gardens at our stores. As another family-owned business with a long history in Seattle, Cedar Grove has been a good partner for Ivar’s and knows how to Keep Clam, too.”
– Bob Donegan, CEO, Ivar’s
"Cedar Grove is easily the most responsive, informative and engaged waste hauler that Taco Time has ever worked with."
- Wes Benson, Taco Time
"We are excited to work with a locally-owned company that is committed to reducing our use of garbage as a primary means of disposal. The opportunity to compost in all of our locations has been embraced by employees and customers alike."
- Matt Galvin, Pagliacci
